The test of an employee gift: do they wear it on the weekend?

Most swag ends up in a drawer. A hoodie people reach for on a Saturday does more for your employer brand than a year of posters. That's the standard we build to.

Moments

When to gift, and what works

Day-one onboarding kit

Tee, hoodie, cap, socks and a welcome card — packed per joiner, delivered before their first day.

Work anniversaries

A premium piece — heavyweight hoodie or honey-combed polo — with a subtle year mark.

Festivals & year-end

One well-made garment beats a box of trinkets. Special-wash tees and beanies travel well.

Milestones & offsites

Launch tees, offsite hoodies and team-colour caps that become the photo everyone shares.
