We don't just make the shirt. We engineer it.
A cheap supplier does fabric → stitch → print → ship. We add requirement analysis, fabric recommendation, finishing, quality control and the right print method for the job. That's the value you're paying for.
Where the value is created
Cotton, poly-cotton, micro polyester, French terry, popcorn knit, flat-knit — plus 20+ finishes chosen for how the garment will be worn.
Screen, high-density, DTG, DTF, sublimation, puff and embroidery. We pick the method for the fabric, quantity and durability you need.
Tiruppur production with pre-production samples, AQL inspection and wash & shrinkage testing before anything ships.
What each finish actually does
Finishes are applied after knitting or stitching. They change hand feel, performance and lifespan — often more than GSM does.
| Finish | What it does | Best on | Typical use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Anti-stain / scotch guard | Repels water-based stains so tea and coffee wipe off | Polos, uniforms | Corporate, hospitality |
| Moisture-wicking | Moves sweat away from skin to the surface to evaporate | Micro polyester, blends | Sports, field staff |
| Quick-dry | Reduces drying time after wash or sweat | Polyester | Gym, events |
| Anti-microbial / anti-odour | Inhibits odour-causing bacteria between washes | Polyester, socks | Sports, healthcare |
| Bio-wash | Cellulase treatment that removes surface fuzz for a cleaner, smoother face and less pilling | Cotton | Premium tees, uniforms |
| Special wash | Our enzyme-and-softener wash: a noticeably soft, premium hand feel from the first wear | Cotton, French terry | Merch people keep, D2C |
| Coolant finish | Herbal cooling treatment that keeps the wearer up to 3°C cooler than untreated fabric | Polyester, blends | Field staff, summer events |
| UPF 50+ | Blocks over 98% of UV radiation through the fabric — rated, not vague | Polyester, poly-cotton | Outdoor, sports, delivery |
| Fade-free | Dye-lock treatment so garment colour survives sun and repeated washing | All | Uniforms, dark colours |
| Pre-shrunk / shape retention | Controls shrinkage and keeps hems and collars straight | Cotton, beanies | Everything reordered |
| Colour-fastness | Locks dye against bleeding and cross-staining through washes | All | Uniforms, brands |
| Wrinkle-free | Reduces creasing for a crisp look with minimal ironing | Cotton, poly-cotton | Front-of-house |
| Water repellent | Sheds light rain and spills | Bottoms, caps | Outdoor, delivery |
Two identical-GSM tees can feel completely different.
Finishing is where a garment gets its hand feel. The same 200 GSM cotton can come out crisp and dry or soft and premium depending on the wash it goes through after stitching.
Bio-wash cleans the surface. Special wash softens it. Coolant, UPF 50+ and fade-free are performance layers on top. We recommend the finish for how the garment will actually be worn — not off a menu.
- Bio-wash for a clean, low-pill surface
- Special wash for a soft, premium hand feel
- Coolant for up to 3°C cooler wear
- UPF 50+ and fade-free for sun and washing
Choosing the right method
We never default to one method. Fabric, quantity, design complexity, durability and budget decide it.
| Method | Best for | Fabrics | Durability | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Embroidery | Logos on polos, caps, hoodies | All | Highest | Premium look, limited fine detail |
| Screen print | Bold designs at volume | Cotton, blends | High | Most economical at 100+ pieces |
| High-density / puff | Raised, tactile streetwear prints | Cotton, French terry | High | Adds dimension |
| DTF | Full-colour, small to medium runs | All | Good | Fine detail, gradients |
| DTG | Photographic prints, very small runs | Cotton | Medium | Best on light cotton |
| Sublimation | All-over and team kits | Polyester | Highest | No hand feel, poly only |
| Heat transfer | Numbers, names, reflectives | All | Good | Fast for variable data |
The print method is a decision, not a default.
Embroidery holds up best on polos and caps. Screen print is the most economical at volume. DTF wins on fine detail and gradients. Sublimation is the only choice for all-over polyester kits.
We choose after we know the fabric, the quantity, the design and how many washes it needs to survive.
