Apparel education
The print method is a decision, not a default.
Screen print wins at volume. DTF wins on detail. Embroidery wins on polos and longevity. Here's how to choose.

| Screen print | DTF | Embroidery | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Bold art at 100+ pieces | Full-colour, fine detail, small runs | Logos on polos, caps, hoodies |
| Durability | High | Good | Highest |
| Hand feel | Light (water-based) to heavy (plastisol) | Slight film | Raised, textured |
| Cost at 500 pcs | Lowest | Medium | Medium–high |
A simple rule
One or two colours at volume: screen. Photographic or gradient art: DTF. A logo on a collar garment that has to last years: embroidery. Anything all-over on polyester: sublimation.
