In short: this website presents our manufacturing capabilities. No prices are published and no orders are placed here — every order starts with a conversation on WhatsApp or email, and is confirmed by a written quotation.
1. About this website
katanamerch.com is operated by Katana Exports, Bangalore, India. The site is for information and inquiry purposes only. Product imagery, fabric specifications, GSM ranges, finishes and size charts shown on this site are indicative of our capability range; the exact specification for your order is confirmed in your quotation and approved sample.
2. Quotes and orders
- All pricing is provided individually via WhatsApp (+91 83174 67399) or email after we understand your requirement.
- Minimum order quantities, lead times (typically 2–12 weeks depending on product and customization) and payment terms are stated in each quotation.
- An order is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation and any agreed advance is received.
- Custom-manufactured goods are made to your specification and are not returnable except for manufacturing defects, which we will repair, replace or credit as agreed in your order terms.
3. Your artwork and brand assets
When you send us logos or artwork — or preview them in our Merch Studio — you confirm you own them or have the right to use them. You retain all rights to your brand assets; we use them only to produce your order and, with your written permission, to showcase completed work.
4. Our content
All content on this site — text, graphics, animations, photography and the Katana name and mark — belongs to Katana Exports or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Export orders
International orders are quoted with agreed Incoterms, and documentation, freight and customs responsibilities are set out in the quotation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Liability
We stand behind our production quality. Beyond the remedies stated in your order terms, our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
